Guest uploads are kept for 24 hours. Account uploads stay until you delete them or the expiry you set is reached. Deleting a file removes the stored bytes immediately. Sessions are removed 7 days after they expire. Webhook delivery records are kept for 30 days. Nothing is deleted for exceeding the free allowance after a downgrade.
